- Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (chat, email, phone)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay up to date with destinations, travel trends, and industry promotions
Requirements
